We had the delight of borrowing a reminisce box from Royal mint. It was interactive and told us all about the items in the box by placing them onto a talking box. We learned some interesting facts and got to handle all the items. It gave us a lot to think about. How much money has changed over the years and how much value has changed over the years. How much did you get paid to do your paper round. 💰 🗞️

Hays House Nursing Home

Hays House was built by the Grovesnor family in the 19th Century, and as operated most successfully as a Nursing Home for over 25 years. The House is surrounded by gardens and parkland and enjoys open views across the beautiful Whiltshire countryside. It is within 3 miles of Shaftesbury, and easy reach of Sherbourne, Gillingham and Salisbury. Bristol and Bath are both an hour’s Drive away.

Our ethos is to provide a home from home atmosphere where our elderly in need of nursing or palliative care care can experience day to day living as independently as possible, whilst maintaining their physical and psychological needs with dignity and respect taking into account their ability and right of choice.
