Through manual therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, exercise, education and advice we strive to eliminate the source of your problem, optimise your performance and prevent further injury. Because we believe prevention is better than a cure we provide Pilates classes to improve posture, mobility and alignment, running biomechanics assessments to optimise your sporting performance and avoid injury and a bike fit service to ensure your bike is set-up for your body.
