🎉 Birthday Celebrations! 🎉

One of our lovely young people turned 24 on Saturday and what a fantastic weekend she had! 🥳

She enjoyed a fun pizza night with her housemates, followed by an exciting trip to London to see a show. To top it all off, she returned home to celebrate with cake and presents with her housemates. 🎂🎁

Moments like these are what it’s all about… creating memories, promoting independence and having lots of fun along the way 💙

We are incredibly proud of one of our amazing young ladies who has successfully completed her work placement at the British Heart Foundation in Newport 👏💙

Her hard work, dedication and positive attitude have truly shone through and she was delighted to receive her certificate in recognition of her achievements.

What a brilliant day out at the football for some of the amazing people we support! 🙌💙

There were plenty of smiles, lots of excitement and a wonderful atmosphere all round. Days like this are so important! Getting out and about, enjoying new experiences and making special memories together.

We love being able to support meaningful, fun opportunities that bring joy and boost wellbeing for the people we care for. Safe to say this one was a big hit! 👏⚽

Don’t forget, we have a Calm Room on board St Clare on Deck 4, for the use of neurodivergent or overwhelmed customers who may find a busy ferry a little stressful and need a safe space. ⛴️

We were advised by AIM Autism Inclusion Matters IOW on the best way to design the room on Deck 4.

It has been decorated in neutral colours with blinds to reduce the glare of the sun and there are sensory fidget boards on the walls.

If you or someone you’re travelling with has a disability, reduced mobility, a medical condition or just needs some extra help, you can rely on us to make sure your journey meets your needs.
