Let me continue with the story, of the path that they , have woven. Slow ,slowly through Winters call, peeling back and shedding the layers ,looking within.
I kept asking my guides, what is to be ? but I also knew that I must wait and see , what would truly align with me.
So this I did it seemed to take an age, but this week past , it has all become clear , that with the change of the season, I must begin to look within. My ancestors took me to a far away land, to guide and teach me firsthand.

My soul is evolving once again, time to embrace the changes, my friend. The path that you chose before you arrived , is here for you, now open your eyes.

I know that I am not alone with our souls recalling , what is yours to own. Do not worry there is nothing to fear , because all altogether your path too will become clear.

What an amazing Journey it has been , the things that I have learnt , and the wonders, that I have seen.

My Journey so far has been a wonderous thing, so many things to make my heart sing.
Of course my journey began years ago , with my ancestors , setting the seeds to sew.
You may have noticed I often rhyme , because I am a storyteller , of all time. My role is changing , as is my path. From a healing Journey, Nlp too, to a Reiki master/ teacher too.
I really have so much to share with you as I I’m guided on my soul path anew.

A portal is opened , the changes are clear ,I feel their calling , the ancients are near .
So much travel , to far away lands , gathering my gifts , with my guides by my hand.
As the old versions fall , all is so clear, it is the way.
The power is surging, both by day, & by night, so much to journal , so much inside.

My day was woven with a call to stay, to connect with my guides, it is the way.
Journal & pen ready in hand, ready to travel , to a far off land. I close my eyes , as we travel through time, back to a place that I have been before. Although, be it , many years yore. It is the time to explore.

The vision , was beautiful , colours galore , I normally just write, but I was called to draw, a tree is the beginning, as you can see, what else is to come, let us wait and see. 🌳

I love to travel. How about thee? Lots to explore & lots to see. Much to learn, from many years yore , our ancient ancestors, come to teach, one and all. 🌀🌀🌀

We often see problematic behaviours as sudden character flaws — habits that appear out of nowhere. But they’re rarely sudden. They form the way deep ridges are carved into riverbanks: slowly, through repetition.

When rain first falls, it leaves faint trails in the soil. When it rains again, the water follows the same path. Over time, those small trails become deep channels that feel almost impossible to redirect.

Our learned behaviours are much the same.

A stress reaction. A childhood coping strategy. A defensive response that once protected us. Repeated often enough, the brain strengthens the pathway. The response becomes quicker, automatic. Eventually, we’re not consciously choosing it — the water simply flows where the ridge already exists.

We’re not broken. We’re patterned.

And patterns can change.

Riverbanks can be reshaped with intention and reinforcement. In the same way, we can create new responses through awareness and repetition. At first they feel unfamiliar and effortful, but with practice they deepen.

This is where hypnotherapy can be especially powerful. By working with the mind at a deeper level, it helps interrupt old patterns and support the formation of healthier ones — addressing the source of the flow, rather than fighting the current.

Rain will always fall. Stress will always come. The question is: which path are we strengthening each time it does?

One of the best things, that I ever did , was to begin to journal.
Do you journal?
When I began to awaken my gifts, & truly connect within, advice from my beautiful reiki master & spiritual guide, was to begin to journal.
Pen in hand & a brand new book, I began to journal , all that I could. Angel numbers 1,2,3 , feathers & signs , as they came to me.
Now I continue , years down the line, to sit with my journal, as thoughts align. Many a lesson, a story too , have made it into my journal. How about you?

Seek more guidance, then I am here , your psychic development , ever near. The journey is interesting, so much to do, the learning and growing is all up to you.
