Hope everyone is well and keeping safe.
I’m sorry to say Debi and Tazmyn have both tested COVID, both at home recovering. I also been contacted by the track and trace system and have to isolate at home. Still waiting for my results. As soon as possible the phones will be answered and any hearing aid repairs in the shop will be dealt with.

COVID 19 UPDATE: AS OF 24TH MARCH

Due to the recent government U.K lockdown as a result of the rapid spread of COVID-19, we have to unfortunately close our doors to Wight Sound Hearing until further notice.

Although we can have no physical contact during this time, you are welcome to leave messages on our normal branch landline 01983 865959. We will try our best to offer our help and support to you, in terms of hearing aid repairs, and hearing aid materials such as batteries and filters.

If you do have an aid that needs to be repaired, please post it through the letterbox and it will be dealt with ASAP.
