I’m so excited about the latest addition to our healthy eating plan 🥑🥜!
Healthy fats – like avocado, nuts, seeds, oils and more can now be incorporated into your weekly meal plan. These foods offer so many amazing health benefits, and I can’t wait to share more with you in group, join me at St Paul's Church Hall, Tuesdays at 530pm Wednesdays at 8.30am and 10am Or Wroxall Community Centre in Fridays at 845am 💕.

I wanted to give you a quick update about the new Cookies and Cream Hi fi bars. We’ve spotted an error on the packaging, which means we need to hold off launching them for now.
The bars themselves are completely fine – there’s no issue at all with the recipe or the quality – but we need to get the packaging sorted before they can go on sale.
