THIS WEEKEND! Don't miss our Aerial Yoga Workshop ✨

🗓️ Sunday 27th July
🕛 1-2:15pm
🎟️ £20 per person

Join for 75 minutes of pure bliss with 45 minutes of Aerial Yoga followed by a blissful 30 minute floating savasana. Trust us there is nothing quite so relaxing as savasana in a hammock! The perfect way to destress and grab some me time.

In Aerial Yoga, we use a hammock as a prop to support, either fully or partially, your weight whilst working on traditional yoga postures. It is a playful and fun way to practice yoga.

With the weight of the body supported, you can learn how to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort, producing a peaceful state of mind & a wonderful feeling of lightness in the body.

The workshop will be completed by 30 minutes in savasana floating in your hammock.

Throughout the workshop you will enjoy a soothing playlist and at the end followed by light refreshments.

Aerial yoga is a unique form of yoga using a hammock as a versatile prop and is a playful and fun way to practise yoga 🤸

You use the hammock to support, either fully or partially, your weight whilst working on traditional Yoga postures. This can enable you to achieve advanced yoga postures that can take years to develop without the hammock.
