The sun may not always be shining but behind every cloud there is a rainbow waiting to make you smile. Life is a bit like that the people around you may not be the happiest most upbeat and supportive of people but in every crowd there is a person that is like that rainbow, they are there waiting for you to spot them, they are there waiting for you to smile and they are there to help you find your pot of gold. Sometimes I spend hours trying to find the right words to encourage members back to group. I don't even know sometimes if what I say makes a difference. So instead of reading this as a FB post, read it as a promise from me to you. No matter if it has been 1 week, 2 weeks or more, come back to group next week. There will be absolutely no judgement from me or the group. I know giving it a rest a or "week off" seems like a good idea but most of the time it isn't. The want to lose weight never goes and the weeks tick by anyway. So my promise is to meet you with a big smile, minimal fuss and a clean slate for the week ahead. I will never give up on you. Linda x

As one door closes another one opens, you have the right and the ability to close doors too. If what you are doing isn't getting you to where you want to be then “shut that door”. Take some time out to address where you are, where you want to be and most importantly, how you are going to get there.
