Nimblelimbs Studio Nimblelimbs is a cosy yoga studio in the Devon countryside near Shebbear. We offer yoga, massage & embodiment workshops for every body. Hello!

A warm, supportive space to move, breathe & feel at home in yourself. A warm welcome to all levels of movers from the beginner to the seasoned athlete, anybody who has a desire to increase their skill potential. I also welcome teachers and students. I have degree in Dance/related arts and a postgraduate certification in secondary dance education. Other certificates include a diploma in sports massage therapy, YTT yoga teachers training, sound/music therapist, BACP Counseling studies, YMCA group fitness instructor, Lotte Berk method and ballet barre. I am a great believer that an attitude of compassion, consistency, and joyous humour are excellent tools for growth and expanded potential.

I’ve got some lovely news to share… 💛

This autumn I’ll be joining my good friend Debbie as part of the Retreats For You team in Devon. Some of you know me through yoga, massage, sound baths or food — and now I get to bring all of that into a retreat setting by hosting some really special weeks.

Our first one is coming up in October, and there’s a brilliant group offer if you fancy gathering friends or colleagues for a getaway — whether that’s for writing, relaxing, training, learning or just recharging.

Endless Summer – A Sound & Scent Journey

Hello🌞

I’m so excited to share this collaboration with Mindful Moon with you. On Sunday 21 September, 6:30–8pm, we'll be holding a special session called Endless Summer Sound and Scent Journey — a little cocoon of sound and scent to keep that golden summertime feeling alive.

We’ll be blending a sound journey with a selection of gorgeous doTERRA essential oils — Wild Orange, Peppermint, Mandarin, Tonka Bean, Grapefruit, Eucalyptus, Sandalwood and Frankincense. Each oil has its own character: uplifting and playful, cooling and clear, soft and soothing, grounding and deep, sparkly and bright, spacious and free, sacred and centring, and beautifully expansive.

As the scents drift through the room, different instruments will join in to match their feeling. Think chimes dancing with citrus, crystal bowls bringing freshness, warm gongs holding you steady, and soft flutes carrying the breath of eucalyptus. It’s a journey for the senses, designed to leave you feeling both light and deeply rooted.

The session will be cosy and intimate — 4 of 10 spaces available — so there’s plenty of room to stretch out and really sink in.
