Their backing helps ensure that children and young people across the borough can access timely and compassionate emotional wellbeing support when they need it most. This investment will make a real difference to local young people and families by strengthening early intervention and mental health support within our community!

As we say goodbye to 2025, I want to recognise that this year looked different for everyone.
For some, it was a year of growth, joy and new beginnings. For others, it may have been heavy, uncertain or incredibly challenging.

Whichever side you found yourself on — or somewhere in between — you made it through. And that alone is something to be proud of.

As we step into a new year, may 2026 bring gentler days, fresh opportunities, and the strength to keep moving forward.

💭 3 Tips for Coping with Phobias:
