Hi, all.

Things are slowly healing, so I'm hoping to be back in April. If I feel able before then, I will message my regulars to let you know.

I may start back with 30 min massages for a few weeks, to ease back in.
30 mins you can have a back massage, Indian Head massage. Legs and feet or arms and hands. A full body takes 60 mins. I'll keep you posted.

Hi all, a quick update..

I'm still having therapy for my shoulders and now my leg.

I will keep you updated on when I can return to work and see all my wonderful clients. Fingers crossed 🤞 it's soon.

Update!

Hi all. Yesterday I had my first shockwave therapy on my shoulders, it was very uncomfortable, I have another two to have. I have physio to do on my shoulders and legs, and glutes, which I received today from my physio therapist. They will start tomorrow.

Resting hasn't been easy having to deal with family hospital visits and general life getting in the way. Plus being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. So I have a lot going on.

All of this has been getting me down. But be assured, I'm determined to get back to work as soon as my rehab does its thing and the treatment, and meds for the fibro and fatigue start doing there thing too. 🤞

It may take a little longer and it might be more mid Feb when I can get back to massage.

Important Notice!

Me2you Holistic massage therapy is unable to make appointments for the rest of January.😭

I have a shoulder injury 😫 it's been very painful. I'm waiting on physio, and orthopedic appointment, but I'm seeking alternative therapy to help my recovery. I'm giving myself the time to recover. It's difficult to completely rest my right shoulder as I'm right handed. I managed to get through a couple of massages but it left me in severe pain.

Fingers crossed I can get back to seeing all my wonderful clients, and I thank you for your understanding for those that I had to cancel. The decision wasn't taken lightly but if I didn't stop working I could permanently damage my shoulder, and I can't keep working in pain.

I will keep you updated, on when I can resume massage 💆‍♀️

If anyone is in need of a massage I can recommend other therapists.
