Do you eat the frog first thing in the morning by getting it done, spending the rest of the day feeling pleased and relieved knowing the hardest thing is achieved.

Or eat the frog last thing at night, spending all day worrying about it knowing you’ve still got to eat the frog?

After 6 years studying a Regulated Extended Level 4,5,6 & 7 Psychology course in Psychoanalysis - Dip.neurology - Neurolinguistic Master Practitioner - Dip.Counselling x 2 - Educational & Home Psychology - Dip.Anxiety to name a few has given me extensive knowledge and experience to help others.

Time is constantly moving forward and we have a limited amount of it.
