Thank you so much guys for the abundance of offers to volunteer for my sound healing training
I had no idea how many people would put their names forward and I’m incredibly grateful
However how do I choose? I had people commenting and message the same time so I can’t call it
I’ve decided to put the date and time I’d need you for the 3 treatments and if they work for you please message me directly and I’ll take it from there 🙏🏼
If you aren’t lucky enough to be picked I’ll be doing another one after this so there will be another opportunity 🙏🏼
And after that I’ll need people for my sound bath case studies too!!
And of course once qualified I’ll be offering these treatments at a reduced rate to begin with 🫶✨

I need a volunteer who can spare 30 minutes once a week for 3 weeks consistently.

Thank you so very much for your continued support of my little business.

This year my little business has made such an impact on so many people from mental health issues to fertility! From chronic illness to managing every day life
There’s always a safe space in my hub and I’m so grateful 🙏🏼 to you all

This year I’m re launching my baby reflexology workshops
I’m gathering my skills to be able to offer sound healing as a treatment and of course the sound baths are soon to be launched!
The activation if my fire codes is unstoppable now Just to wait for my voice activation 🙏🏼
New meditation groups for children coming soon too!

There’s a sense of pressure at this time to be the best version of yourself
But remember
The best version is to show up every day and do as much or as little as you can manage
Be kind to yourself praising the gains and learning from the challenges
Keep growing and smiling and believing ✨🫶
