What a great weekend at R1SE last weekend!

Thank you to Cat and all those who joined us at R1SE Brook Place for Gut Check, A Wellness Workshop, it was such a great crowd and super insightful. We chatted all things gut health, busted a few myths, shared some seriously good snacks + kombucha. We loved seeing everyone so engaged and leaving feeling lighter, brighter, and a bit smug about our microbes!
