Yesterday Marked Zero Discrimination Day, a timely reminder that that dignity, fairness and respect are not optional they are fundamental rights for everyone.

At PCS, we are committed to being an inclusive employer and service provider, welcoming people from every background and community. Clear, multi-language communication is essential to ensuring everyone can access the care and support they need.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment and racism, and we stand firmly against discrimination in all its forms. Creating safe, supportive environments for both staff and patients is a shared responsibility and one we all play a part in. πŸ€πŸŒπŸ’™

πŸ‘ Well done to Jodie Hall, Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist for PCMH, who was invited to support a Female Empowerment Workshop at the Sheffield Wednesday Community Programme.
Jodie delivered inspiring workshops to over 80 girls, focusing on body positivity, health, and positive mental wellbeing.

The event welcomed pupils from schools across Sheffield, with teachers nominating those who they felt would benefit most from attending.

The feedback was truly heart warming, young people shared that they felt more confident, happier, and more positive about themselves, with many expressing how inspired they felt after the session. A fantastic example of the impact meaningful conversations and supportive spaces can have on young people 🌟
