Tendon overload is a common issue with Padel players. Overhead smashes and cheaper poor shock absorbing rackets can cause misery to the muscles in your arms 🙁
💪 Strengthening them will help keep pain at bay and keep you on court! Try these exercises 3-4 times a week to keep them strong

🎯 Adductors are always engaging and often short and overworked.

🧠 They play a central role in movement, keeping the hips and knees balanced. When moving side to side or forwards and backwards they lengthen to reduce stress to the pelvis/lower back and shorten to bring the legs back in line with the body.

✅ Even if you’re short on time don’t forget to work on them to maximise the effort you have put into a leg massage.

I’ve been so busy, I missed it 😱🤦‍♀️!!

The beginning of November marked 5️⃣ whole years since having a complete career change & setting up my sports massage business 🥳

Having spent years in sales working for global brands including Adidas, Nike and ghd this was going to be a very different challenge but thanks to each and everyone of you, my business is the success it is today.

Thankyou so much for all your support and keeping me laughing during sessions, it is greatly appreciated. Here’s to the next 5 years ❤️

Your biceps do more than just flex.
They’re involved in lifting, gripping, posture, and shoulder stability so when they’re tight everything from your neck to your forearm can be affected.

🎯 Targeted soft tissue release on the biceps can help reduce tension, improve shoulder mobility, support better posture and keep your upper body moving the way it should.
