Today our activities team delivered each and every one of our residents a little gift ready for Christmas 🎁
Then we made our Christingles and watched a beautiful Christmas Christingle service 🕯️

Today our activities lead Michelle cooked her team and our service user ambassadors a Christmas lunch to say thank you for all of their hard work this year! In the afternoon we enjoyed hot chocolate and mince pies in the Court Yard with Brass Band music and snow!!! Well, the snow machine 😁❄️🎄☕

Well done to team Willowbeck today for a wonderful Christmas party! We had our residents physios Hussain and Dan singing for their supper, lots of Karaoke, dancing with Santa and even the Grinch got into the festive spirit!! Well done to all of our raffle winners! The results will be displayed in reception on Monday and prizes will be ready to be collected from the activities team!!!! 🎄🎅🥳

Another busy Christmas week here at Willowbeck.🎄
We've had visits from the wonderful Alan Turner and Paul Barrie, Christmas baking, shopping trips to Meadowhall, Yeti fun, a visit to the Crucible Theatres Dementia friendly tea dance, colour and calm session, a visit from Brightside school children, The Wright choir and had fun with our friends at our service user ambassadors Christmas party, not forgetting our family Christmas card photoshoot......and the week isn't over yet!!

We have had such a busy week here at Willowbeck! We have had our annual Christmas fair, shopped for new Christmas trees at Woolley Edge Farm, had a Christmas photoshoot, wore our Christmas jumpers, been out with our friends for food, joined our friends from Longley Park View and Greenside at Crystal Peaks shopping centre to host craft stalls to raise money for our 3 charities, plus lots of Yeti fun!!!! It really is beginning to look a lot like Christmas 🎄🎅🥳 🎁
