Join me for a 2 hour practice working with the element of the season, the wood element. Inspired by traditional chinese medicine teachings and mindful movement practices we will be exploring the qualities of the wood element, it’s strength, suppleness and growth to help us find direction and clarity in our own life journey.
This will be a mindful and restorative practice. We will be taking breath guided movement practices, finding stillness in Yin yoga poses, journaling to help bring clarity of mind and closing with a nourishing seasonal tea.
