I always know it’s cold enough as I can feel it in my forearms… as in it’s quite painful… but I accept it as a sensation of course! Most people we instruct feel it in the hands and feet.

Where do you feel the cold most?

Water temp 16.5 degrees. Slightly above average. Fingers were still numb after 45 minutes in the water 🫢
