Finally find some cold water 🥶💦 🚴🏻‍♂️

I always know it’s cold enough as I can feel it in my forearms… as in it’s quite painful… but I accept it as a sensation of course! Most people we instruct feel it in the hands and feet.

Where do you feel the cold most?

(Please don’t answer like Radek did though! 🤣 Keep that to yourself!)
