ARM LIFT: one of the most commonly performed procedures in my practice is surgery. This lady was unhappy with the appearance of her arms due to the loose, crinkly skin which would not tighten despite regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. She felt very self conscious and it affected her clothing choices. The photos show the appearances before and 6 weeks after arm lift ( ) surgery. The procedure is performed under general anaesthetic and usually involves the removal of skin and fat with a combination of excision and liposuction. All sutures self dissolve. My patient had breast implants which were part of the global recall and was also suffering from capsular contracture. She decided that she did not want any more breast implants. REMOVAL OF IMPLANTS, BREAST UPLIFT AND FDL TUMMY TUCK: lovely outcome for my patient from her surgery. She was unhappy with her breasts as she felt they were too large so had them reduced from an E cup to C cup and lifted. She had also had a Tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) previously but had then lost weight resulting in abdominal skin laxity which was then tightened with a FDL tummy tuck. Appearances shown 6 weeks after surgery and the scars are therefore expected to become paler with time. Thanks to my kind patient for giving permission to show these photos.

WOW 🤩!: thanks to my kind patient for giving permission to show her patient selfies from before/after tummy tuck and mons reduction surgery. Having lost 8.5 stone (54kg) following a gastric sleeve procedure and with the assistance of weight loss injections she got to a stable weight but was unhappy with the appearance of her tummy and p***c area. I performed a fleur de lys (FDL) tummy tuck and mons reduction to remove 5Kg of skin/fat and tightened her abdominal muscles giving an improved contour.

BREAST IMPLANT REMOVAL AND UPLIFT: Photos showing the appearances before and 6 weeks after removal of Allergan breast implants. The patient who had previously had breast augmentation and uplift was suffering from symptoms of possible breast implant illness (BII) including fatigue, brain fog and back/shoulder ache. I removed the implants using the enbloc capsulectomy technique a redid the breast uplift procedure. Many of the symptoms improved following explanation surgery and she was happier with her smaller breasts. Thanks to my patient for giving permission to show these images.

BREAST UPLIFT WITH UPPER ABDOMEN SKIN TIGHTENING: Appearances before and 6 weeks after a combination of breast uplift and upper abdomen skin tightening. My patient had lost 5 stone using weightloss injections (Ozempic) and was unhappy with the breast drooping and loose upper abdominal skin. The breasts were lifted and reshaped with a breast uplift and upper abdominal skin tightened with a reverse tummy tuck (the skin of the upper abdomen is pulled up towards the breast crease and spare skin removed). The red line shows how much breast lift has been achieved in this case. The procedures have had the effect of giving the impression of a longer torso and more defined waist.
