R.I.P Queen Elizabeth 11 😢👸🏼
This is beautiful ❤👑❤....

Phillip came to me today,
and said it was time to go.
I looked at him and smiled,
as i whispered that "I know"

I then turned and looked behind me,
and saw I was asleep.
All my Family were around me,
and I could hear them weep.

I gently touched each shoulder,
with Phillip by my side.
Then I turned away and walked,
with My Angel guide.

Phillip held my hand,
as he lead the way,
to a world where King's and Queens,
are Monarch's every day.

I was given a crown to wear
or a Halo known by some.
The difference is up here,
they are worn by everyone.

I felt a sense of peace,
my reign had seen its end.
70 years I had served my Country,
as the peoples friend.

Thank you for the years,
for all your time and love.
Now I am one of two again,
in our Palace up above.

There’s no safe or healthy way to get a tan.

If you plan to be out in the sun long enough to risk burning, sunscreen should be applied twice:
☀️ 30 minutes before going out
☀️Just before going out

Proposed Merger of Hackenthorpe Medical Centre and Owlthorpe Surgery

All registered patients of Hackenthorpe and Owlthorpe Practices will have received a text message or letter informing them that the Practices are considering merging.

We feel the merger would bring a wide range of benefits including:
• A wider range of services including minor operations and more specialised chronic disease care.
• Greater flexibility of extended services to all patients.
• Increased access to both male and female GPs.
• Greater flexibility as patients will be able to book appointments at the site most convenient for them.
• Access to a wider range of experienced GPs with different skill mixes.
• Appointments with advanced nurse practitioners, advanced clinical practitioners, clinical pharmacists and physician associates across both practices.

If you haven't already, could we ask that you let us know your thoughts before 10th July.
This can be done by completing the online questionnaire via the attached link:-

www.bit.ly/hackenthorpeowlthorpe

Alternatively, you can complete and return a paper questionnaire. These are available via Reception at either Practice.

We look forward to hearing from you.
