🎉 Waterside Grange had a fantastic day at the Rotherham Olympics and were absolutely delighted to come 3rd overall – a brilliant achievement by everyone involved! 🏅👏

🌟 A huge well done to Jean, one of our lovely residents, who won the dominoes tournament and was proudly presented with a certificate and medal by the Lady Mayor and Mayoress.

💃 And congratulations to Pat, who was awarded a certificate and medal for winning Best Dancer – what a star!

What a perfect day out in beautiful Bakewell! 😎

We made the most of the sunshine with sunhats on, sunglasses out, and big smiles all around.
After a relaxing lunch in the warm summer air, everyone enjoyed a leisurely browse around the market stalls—packed with local goodies and treasures.

And of course, no sunny day is complete without a delicious ice cream to finish it all off! 🍦🧺

Dear Community,
Here at Waterside Grange we are offering support services for individuals that may be isolated in the community or are wanting to get out more and just need a friendly face to have a cuppa and a chat with in a warm and comforting environment.
We will be offering activities such as bingo, quizzes, move it or lose it (keep fit class) coffee morning, pamper sessions, craft sessions and much more.

All these services will be provided in house at Waterside Grange Care Home by our friendly staff team.
If activities are not for you, we also offer a quiet space to sit and have a natter with one of our members of staff, or you can reminisce with our residents about past times.
We aim to give that home from home feeling and we are passionate about ensuring no individual is isolated regardless of if they are in our care or cared for in the community.
There will be drinks and snacks available, and full access to our facilities should they be required.

What a lovely day our residents had at Dukeries Garden Centre! 🪴💐

Plenty of smiles, chats over coffee, and a good browse through all things green and blooming. A big thank you to our amazing staff for making it such an enjoyable trip – and to the trusty Portlands minibus for getting us there in comfort and style! 🚌💚
