If you’re on a weight loss journey, drinking enough water is non-negotiable! Here’s why:

👀As we can see from the picture below, our bodies are mostly water. To allow our bodies to function well, we need to drink enough water.

💧💧 Hot water, cold water, sparkling water, and iced water all count towards our 2.2 litres of water a day💧💧

Can you believe we are on Wednesday already 😲

As you know, we are focusing on caring for our well-being. Earlier in the week, we looked at how we talk to ourselves.
Today, I'd like us to explore our 'WORTH' 🫶

🤔Why is it our weight, often determines our worth?

This is a question I have asked myself for years, as I have struggled with my weight and honestly, I still don't have just a single answer 🫤

However, what it is saying in the picture is so so true, our weight may fluctuate, but our WORTH doesn't.

Good morning, Lynda's Legends 👋

🫶 When I first read the above, I thought it was funny.
🫶Then I read it a few more times and realised actually it isn't funny, it is true.
🫶Do you ever find yourself saying negative things to yourself? Like I am no good at this, I will never do it, etc etc?
🫶Please don't get me wrong, I am not into positive thinking. However, I am into speaking the truth because truth can build us up.
🫶What the above is saying is we are the only ones listening. We are the only ones impacted by what we tell ourselves.
🫶What I am trying to say is that one of the ways we can care for ourselves is to speak encouragements to ourselves.
🫶Shall we have a go at starting to encourage ourselves as much as we encourage our family and friends?

2025 is going to be an amazing year, not without its ups and downs. However, still an amazing year 😍
