What an amazing day we had at Blatchford Private Clinic for our Education Day with 🎉

We put together a full programme for the veterans and team, including:
✅ Presentations
✅ Breakout sessions
✅ Behind-the-scenes factory tours
✅ A Q&A with one of our Tectus wearers

Blatchford has been proud to work with Help for Heroes for many years, and this was a fantastic opportunity to share an in-depth look at what we can offer, as well as showcase our innovative orthotic devices up close.

✨ Look at this amazing socket! ✨

A huge shoutout to our wonderfully talented team – Jane, our prosthetist, and Kevin, our technician – for creating this incredible BSA motorcycle-themed socket. 🏍

Our patient Steve is absolutely over the moon with it, and we couldn’t be happier to see the smile on his face.

The best part? With Blatchford manufacturing on site, we’re able to design and create unique, personal sockets like this – bringing both function and personality together. 💪

We’re incredibly proud of our amazing patient James who just ran the London Marathon wearing a Blatchford Momentum brace! 🎉🏃‍♂️ 🏁

In his words:

💫Steve, who’s part of the HR team at Blatchford based down in Basingstoke, recently visited our Sheffield clinic for 2 new sockets.

💫We took the opportunity to give him a behind-the-scenes tour of our manufacturing facility. He got to see where all the hard work happens and meet the talented people who manufacture all our devices.

💫He even managed to squeeze a visit to Elland Road to watch the mighty Leeds United beat Bristol City 4-0 and celebrate promotion to the premier league on Monday night while he was “Up north”⚽💛 🎉

💫He left with a smile and new sockets fitted to his Elan limbs. Great to have you with us Steve! 🦿🦿

✨️Our Clinic Manager Hayley had a great day at 'Beyond Amputation conference in Manchester today.

It was so lovely to hear from some truly inspirational people talking about their amputation journeys, stories of resilience, strength, and determination.

It was also fantastic to reconnect with some familiar faces and meet new people who are making such a difference in this space. A huge thank you to Richard Biggs and the team for organising such a brilliant and meaningful event 👏🏼✨️

Last week was our first time exhibiting with a stand, and we had such a productive and engaging experience. We met some incredible people, made valuable connections, and truly enjoyed being part of such a great event.

🌟 A Fantastic Patient Social at Blatchford Clinic Sheffield! 🌟

We had an incredible time hosting our Patient Social at Blatchford Clinic in Sheffield! It was a wonderful opportunity to bring together both current and past patients to share stories, experiences, and support one another.

A special shoutout to Lucy, our amazing physiotherapist, who organised this event before heading off on maternity leave! We wish her all the best as she prepares to welcome her little one. 💙👶

We were also delighted to welcome Lianne and Margaret from the , who shared invaluable insights into the incredible support their charity provides to the limb loss community.

Of course, no social event is complete without refreshments, a delicious lunch, and plenty of cake! 🍰

🌟Another successful Open Day in Sheffield🌟

🌟Yesterday we hosted our Private Patients’ Rehabilitation Journey -Amputee and Complex Lower Limb event which was a resounding success! 🦾🦿

🌟We explored how our clinicians prescribe both lower and upper limb devices from all manufacturers, and our highly experienced team and invited guests shared their expertise, demonstrated cutting-edge technologies, and provided invaluable data insights.

⚖️ A huge thank you to our legal panel Lisa Fairclough, Tom Higson and John Rae for their insightful talk during the Legal Panel Discussion, offering invaluable perspectives from claimant, defendant, and insurer angles. Your contribution added so much depth to the conversation, and we truly appreciate your expertise!
