I'm so excited to be able to bring you Hayley's offerings which in addition to relaxation and deep tissue massage include specialist treatments for women such as womb massage and womb wrapping and closing of the bones - a post natal aftercare package. Some exciting news to share....we have a new therapist joining the team!! Hayley Nightingale is an experienced therapist who works with a trauma informed approach. Her massage skills include holistic massage therapy, Swedish massage and deep tissue work.

Hayley works with clients of all genders but specialises in treatments for women and offers womb massage, womb wrapping and closing of the bones.

I'm feeling so inspired right now after my week away learning about ayurveda and all the wonderful massage techniques I can bring back here to the therapy space.

I'm currently down in London studying an intensive week of ayurvedic massage. This is the beautiful garden here at the Ayurveda Instutite. I am so excited about all that I'm learning here. I can't wait to share these wonderful new treatments with you soon.

In the therapy room for an ayurvedic massage with herbal potli this evening. The pouches were freshly made this afternoon. They contain ginger and aijwain and smell amazing.
