Shirodhara is an ayurvedic treatment where warm medicated oil is poured over the third eye. This treatment brings deep relaxation and clarity of mind. It's followed by a head and face massage in which marma (points of vital energy) are stimulated to bring you into balance. And finally, a grounding exercise to reconnect you with the world.

I fitted some rainbow making privacy film to our window in the therapy room here and oh my gosh I LOVE it!! It usually fills the room with pattern but this morning the sun is hitting just right to make this beautiful sparkle right over our guest chair. Come and sit in a rainbow!

This also means that if you prefer natural light in your treatment, just ask and we can raise the blinds without compromising your privacy.

Following some recent interest, our lovely therapist Hayley has created a rebozo ritual to help honour life's transitions with care and holding. Wrapped in Renewal is a 2 hour long ritual which combines massage and gentle wrapping of the body using rebozos (wraps or shawls). This treatment can help those going through menopause/hysterectomy, mastectomy, trauma recovery, loss/bereavement or personal transformation.

For treatments booked before the end of December this ritual is available at a reduced price of £80 for the 2 hour treatment.
