Vanessa is our physiotherapist at the Sharrow clinic. She has a wide range of experience working in the NHS, as well as with sports teams such as Chesterfield FC and the England women's rugby team. She has a particular interest in treating back pain, but is able to work with all types of pain, including chronic and complex issues, and always aims to fully understand a client's needs and goals, so they can work towards these together in an effective way. Vanessa is available Mondays and Fridays.

It was John’s martial arts training that first got him interested in movement and bodywork. Since then he has gone on to to develop his understanding of the body and how less-than-ideal adaptations can lead to pain, and how we can counteract this. He loves to use hands-on therapy to help relieve tension and stress brought on by everyday life, as well as to improve performance and speed up recovery time from injury. John’s aim is to relax and reset your body and mind, and get you moving in a more optimal way. John offers deep tissue and sports massage and is available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

We now have a physiotherapist at our Sheffield clinic! Introducing Vanessa, who is a chartered physiotherapist with a wide variety of experience both in the NHS and in sports settings. She has a special interest in back pain, but can help diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. Vanessa loves helping her clients to reach their goals, and when not working is often found in the gym! Vanessa offers physiotherapy and sports massage, and is available on Mondays.
