I’ve had a little bit of time off, not been far, just catching up on gardening jobs, seeing family, resting and enjoying the little things.

Next availability for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage in October is 11th I still have one space available at Holy Cow in Chesterfield and 18th morning at Soul Fire in Sheffield.

Much like in yoga, in AYM we like to leave a few minutes at the end for savasana to be still and absorb the energy from the massage. I might even play my Himalayan bowls for you ✨

In Ayurvedic Yoga Massage we massage into the shoulder blade with hands and feet. The scapular can be gently pushed away from the spine to stretch into the rhomboids and the trapezius, followed by some gentle mobilisation of the shoulder. This can help relieve tension in the shoulders, neck and head, leaving you feeling a little lighter than you did before ☺️
