Taking a tiny pause with you today. Let’s do eight slow breaths together.

Inhale through the nose for a count of 4. Hold for 2. Exhale through the mouth or nose for a count of 4.

We’ll repeat this for eight breaths. If your mind wanders, gently return to the rhythm—no pressure, just you and your breath.

When you’re done, notice how you feel—a touch lighter, a bit calmer, more present. 💫

Tonight we have an amazing Harvest Super moon.A full moon is often seen as a time of completion, reflection. It can be a time for release and renewal so why not join us this evening for Yin yoga. Yin yoga eases and releases the body and mind. It gives you time to reflect and find an oasis of peace. It is all as mat based and supported with cushions, bolsters and a warm blanket for full relaxation at the end. We will close with a beautiful autumn meditation to send you home relaxed and restored.
