Which class is right for you right now? If you've been thinking "I want to move again but don't know what's safe for my body" this post is your sign. Press Pause classes are built for real life bodies, menopause, pain, low confidence, stress, stiffness, total beginners... you are welcome here.

Aqua yoga: supported movement for pain, long term conditions.
Weights yoga :Gentle strength for bone health.
Foundations: beginners safe options, modifications.
