My favourite breathwork is . It’s not pranayama from the yogic tradition, but it’s honestly something pretty special. After 50 minutes of dynamic breathing, I had a huge emotional release—felt joy, love, and this deep sense of calm. The only tough part? The ice bath that came after. You can probably tell from my face I wasn’t loving it at first, but I settled in soon enough. Big thanks to the amazing for such a great guided session—both on the mat and in the ice.
