Hi everyone, I’m Allie 👋

I wanted to share a little bit about my journey…

For years, I struggled with my weight. As a pre-teen, I was told it was just “puppy fat” 😭. In my twenties, a (not-so-kind) boyfriend even nicknamed me “Tubs” 😮. Looking back, I was drinking a bit too much, eating all the wrong things, and not moving my body at all.

Pregnancy saw me gain 4 stone each time, and while I lost some of it, most of it settled around my middle and stayed there.

Then came menopause… and wow, that brought a whole new set of challenges 🙄
It wasn’t just about weight anymore — it was the sleepless nights, hot flushes, aches, low mood, itchy skin… I genuinely felt stuck and didn’t see a way forward.

But 6 years ago at 49, I found something that completely changed my life. And it made such a difference that Chris and I made a huge decision — after 17 years of running our photography business, we changed direction and opened a nutrition club.

Now, our mission is to help 10,000 people feel healthier, happier, and more in control of their lives 💛
