Yesterday, we experienced a total of 6 hours and 25 minutes of missed nhs appointments due to patients not attending without prior notice.

These missed appointments have a significant impact on our team and prevent us from offering care to other patients who may need urgent treatment.

We kindly ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to someone else.

Today alone we have had 8 hours and 5 minutes of missed NHS appointments — this is time where patients simply did not attend.

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer those slots to patients who are in pain and urgently need care.
