Who are we and why should you join us for a workshop or retreat?

We're Radek & Charlie Kalaš, aka Mr & Mrs Ice Bath, and we have been working as qualified Wim Hof Instructors since the start of 2022. We run monthly Wim Hof Workshops at our studio in Sheffield, as well as regular Breathing Classes and Wim Hof Retreats in the Peak District and in the Czech Republic.

We also work closely with a local private clinic in Sheffield - Montrose Health Group - a CQC regulated private healthcare service specialising in the treatment of Addiction, Mental Health and Neurodiversity as well as treating clients with Burnout, Exhaustion or Stress, aiding Spiritual Exploration and Health & Wellness Optimisation.

We'd love for you to join us to learn all about the Wim Hof Method. Whether you are a complete beginner or you already practise the method on a regular basis, there's always something new to learn as we delve deep into the science of the ‘how and why’ it works.

Whether you have a specific reason for starting the Wim Hof Method, or if you are just curious, our experience working in the healthcare sector allows us to tailor sessions, workshops and the theory on our retreats to suit the needs of every client.

All our sessions, workshops and retreats are fully guided & led by 2 or more Wim Hof Instructors with a max group size of 8 when in our studio. On our retreats we have a fully certified Yoga Instructor and our own qualified Chef and Kitchen Assistants. We are here to teach you the Wim Hof Method Breathwork, Cold Exposure Therapy, Ice Bathing, Mindset Techniques, Movement & Functional Breathing in the safest way possible. We are fully insured to lead classes, workshops, retreats and corporate events in both the UK and Europe.
