Who is responsible for you as an adult ?
Is it your doctor
Is it your employer
Is it your husband or wife
Is it ....
Is it .....
You've got it ....it's you 😄
Now I don't mean to sound patronising but we do often forget that now as an adult it is our responsibility to stay well to get the most out of this life .
To eat good food that nourishes our body and mind .
To have fun, laugh to love .
To have boundaries .
To keep our minds active and expansive.
To feel good means looking at yourself as a whole person because of you neglect part of you it will affect other parts of you .
You are so important in this life and it's good to take stock ,to look at what needs tweaking and what needs more balance .
To look what we need more of and what we can let go of .
You are in charge of this and it doesn't need to be complicated small changes can lead to significant changes.
