Friday afternoon cafe reflections..

Sitting on the very avenue where I first lived - nearly 53 years of earthly growth and reflection.. I’ve been to visit the homes of my grandparents and walk the paths of my childhood to the sweet shop that isn’t there anymore.. many feelings arising to be felt and released. Surrounded by strangers in such a familiar place.

Today and every day, may we wake with the eyes and heart of a curious child

‘Lil ladybird 🐞 just resting in the brambles.. Blackberry picking on morning dog walks has become a mindfulness practice. Nature in abundance during the first harvest of Lammas - deep gratitude for this healing and tasty, humble berry 💜💜💜

Celebrating Breakthroughs

In the energy of this wonderful Taurean full moon - back in my body, back in nature, back in my sacred space - honouring ME!

The last 5 weeks have been a revelation on every conceivable level.

Today I sit in prayer and meditation and deeply held gratitude.

Shedding skins, unburdening and letting go of old, old stories. Sitting with stillness. Allowing myself to receive love and support. Really receive.

And it feels blissful.
