For those who know me, you’ll know my two key passions in life are helping people and football. Fortunately through my work I’m now able to fulfil these regularly and this weekend was no different.
This weekend, I had the privilege of attending the FA and PGMOL’s Core X Group to provide tailored support to all match officials from a Physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning perspective. Spending this time with groups of match officials is always an integral part of my work in building high quality processes to enable all individuals to be able to improve in their own way.
Looking ahead, I’m really excited to be helping these officials reach their full physical potential throughout the season! A highly inspiring group with huge potential!
