It was lovely to see so many shoots in yesterday and the bird song in was dreamy today where I run my children’s club.

The light is coming at and the difference can already be seen and felt. The warmth follows the light with a cold month to endure but rest assured the massage room at is toasty. Warm drinks, a nurturing space, hot stones to supplement your massage with heat, warming oils and a lovely electric blanket on your massage table.
