If you want to lose weight, write down everything you need……
1. Courage ( you’ll need it )
2. Focus ( for the tough days )
3. Goals ( know where you want to go )
4. Willpower ( you won’t always want to get up and want to eat the products, but willpower will make you! )
5.Learn to say NO! ( make people understand that you are on a journey and you need their support! )
6. Self control ( learn to understand your emotions around food )
7. Persistence ( you will have slip ups, it’s normal. But don’t let those slips ups ruin your weight loss journey )
8. Your consultant. ( we are here to support you. Don’t suffer in silence when you have your very own weight loss support system to support you all the way )
9. DON’T GIVE UP!!
