Service Overview
The role is based in Mickley Hall, in Sheffield. Mickley Hall is a wheelchair accessible nursing home Totley near Sheffield. We support up to 39 individuals aged from 18 years old who require nursing care due to a physical disability or neurological condition.

What is the role?
Nurse – Sheffield - £19.00 per hour (FTE: £47424) - £2,000 Welcome Bonus *Subject to T’s & C’s - Paid Pin – Paid Breaks - Ongoing CDP – Revalidation Support – Career progression
Medication responsibility, including: Delivery of Complex medication; Ordering of Medication; Meds Audit including safe disposal; Mar charts, counts; Investigation of anomalies, and being responsible for safe storage of meds
Delivery of personal care to the people we support
Write/updates Care Plans
Participates in social actives with people we support
Complete fluid/food charts/Daily diary
Liaising with other health care professionals (GP, District nurse, podiatrist, etc.)
Keep daily paperwork up to date to ensure we have captured everything that has happened in the day
