Each week we are full up with you beautiful souls who take the cosmic ride with us x

Slow Yoga Revolution ☁️

So Lovely x

Yin Yoga gives you a chance to go deep, feel all the feels and slow the consistent chatting mind.

Holding postures for around 3-5 minutes, you get to all those nooks and crannies rarely felt x

Usually floor based, for that extra nourishing touch. Always with blankets and brews.

Each of our teachers bring their own flavour to the practice ♥️

Every weekday evening

7.30pm - 8.30pm

Mondays with Victoria

Tuesdays with me Sadie, and Marty on the Singing Bowls

Wednesdays with Sallyann

Thursdays with Nikki

Fridays with me again ♥️
