*just sneaking in a mention about the fresh new paint job on the outside of the studio we had done last weekend .... that's already peeling off 🪶

Totally not the painters fault, we had surprise rain x

Once again, we are reminded it's on the inside the magic really happens✨

Plus, the rain watered the wildflowers I planted around our tree outside Hill Valley, so that's nice 🌼🏵️🌻

You know that little voice inside that never seems to shut up? Usually found worrying about the future or overthinking the past?

Well I'm just swinging by to remind you that you are NOT that voice ♥️

You are the one inside who listens ✨ The awareness behind the mind chatter.

Meditation isn't about turning your mind off, it's about watching your mind.

Witnessing that inner dialogue.

You have a brilliant mind!

But it really doesn't need to run a constant dialogue of worry and judgement ♥️

Your Past and your Future don't exist, they are all nothing but thoughts.

The only moment that ever matters, is the moment unfolding in front of you.

Now soften those shoulders, take some slow breaths, give yourself a break and be in the moment 😘

You are not your mind
