Happy Monday everyone!

Here is Helen explaining the exercise taster sessions that will be at the event at Newton Hall in Chapeltown on October the 18th of October.

This is actually being held on Menopause Day! A brilliant day to explore the options to help with your perimenopausal/menopausal/post menopausal symptoms.

An excellent introduction to exercise classes that you may have considered but you may not have been brave enough to commit to a full class before.

I will be attending this event with Helen to discuss how Reflexology can be utilise to support you through your menopause journey.

This week is World Reflexology Week!

So something a bit different.

Before I trained to be a Clinical Reflexologist I had a successful career of 30 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry. I worked on developing and testing some of the drugs you will have all heard of - the most common one I suspect being Vicks Vapour rub!

My degree is in Pharmacology - which helped me understand how drugs work in the body and which dosage form would work the best for a new chemical.

My main role was travelling the world presenting at Investigator Meetings and running worldwide clinical trials but something needed to change. It didn’t feel right anymore

Following a fall and a fractured vertebrae I used Reflexology treatment to help me get back from my injury and that’s when I saw a different way of helping and treating people - hence the retraining. I left my secure safe well paid job!

I now have wonderful clients and I specialise in Stress Management, Menopause support and Fertility Support using Reflexology techniques

This change bolstered my attitude that everything happens for a reason

Have the courage to change - if it’s not working or doesn’t feel right look for the way out 👣
