On a more serious note, a massage voucher is a great gift! It’s a gift of time, a gift of a moment of peace and quiet, a gift that gives permission to relax and reset 🎁

If you want to buy a gift voucher for your loved one, there’s 2 different ways you can do so:
1. For a card gift voucher as seen in the pics, just DM or email me, and I can get that posted out to you. Please note that the last day I can guarantee postage before Christmas is Wednesday 17th December (just to make sure!) You can also buy these at your next appointment 😊

2. You can buy a voucher online by visiting my website. This includes printable gift voucher that you can print off at home, and obviously there’s no postage time restrictions on this one! Please note that the voucher will be sent by email immediately on purchase, so put your own details in so you don’t ruin the surprise!

Now the weather has truly turned autumnal, here’s everything you need to know about hot stones massage 🔥

In a hot stone massage, basalt stones are heated and used as part of the massage alongside my hands, spreading heat and warming up the body 🔥

I’m not gonna lie - hot stones massage is probably my favourite massage to give (maybe? It changes day to day…) because there’s something so comforting and delicious about adding extra heat, particularly at this time of year 🔥🍁🍂

It’s funny, isn’t it, how September always feels like a little reset? even though I’ve not been in education for *whispers* nearly 20 years, I always love this back to school type feeling at this time of year.

With this in mind, September’s essential oil of the month is Rosemary! Inhaling rosemary has been shown to improve short term memory and performance in cognitive tasks; it has a lovely herby aroma that really refreshes the mind and body.

Swipe for my brain boost diffuser blend - rosemary for concentration, Cedarwood for calming and grounding, and grapefruit for a mood boost while you’re working!
