Well after spending the day in Mansfield. My girls were super excited when I got home. I haven't heard them bark when I've pulled up on the drive in a long time. They don't hear as well as they did. So most of the time when Ive been out I walk down the hall and they're still fast asleep.
But today was different. They're now waiting for their supper.
Bless em.

And as for my knee.
Let's just say. I love the days when it doesn't hurt. But there are days when it just wants to remind me that it's still there ha ha .

I think this is one of them.
But tomorrow's another day.

So this is a reminder to use all.
That every day is different. And the best thing we can do is focus on the positives of what we have.
Gratefulness is so underrated and yet, it can shift your frequency tenfold.
Right now, I'm so grateful to have these girls, a roof over my head, food on my table, a warm space when it's cold outside( not all have that privilege)
And some of the most genuinely beautiful, kindhearted souls I could've been lucky to cross paths with on my journey through life.

Trust when your inner being let's you know that you will be ok.
Because you will.
