Here at Activ, our physiotherapists have over 20 years of experience each and we maintain a good reputation with the public as well as with fellow professionals. At our state of the art facilities we provide specialist treatment for back and neck pain, sports injuries and sports massage, acupuncture and women’s health issues. With our gym in Totley we can provide running assessment, golf screening and post-operative rehabilitation. We are registered with all major insurance companies such as BUPA, AXA & Avivia. Treatment costs can also be claimed through Westfield Health or similar schemes. You can find us in Totley, Sheffield and our neighbouring clinic in the Hope Valley. ‼️Notice for all Patients ‼️

Totley Patients - Despite the main roads being clear, the side roads are difficult to drive on and with school closures too we have decided to *close the clinic today*. Stay safe out there!

Hope Patients - Clinic remains open however Sujay has had to cancel his clinic due to the snow. Limited appointments available with Helen but please only book if you’re able to get to the Clinic safely.

We are sad to announce that today is Sujay's last day with us at Activ Physiotherapy 😔

Over the last 3 years, all of us at Activ have all enjoyed working with Sujay and he has proven an invaluable member of our team... supporting all of us whenever needed, always friendly & approachable and for being an amazing physiotherapist, of course!
