Ive just about landed from my trip in India, it truly was an experience of a lifetime.
Nothing can really prepare you for India, from the get go itโs full of magic and surprises. It really tested my capacity, and at times i just wanted to fly back to England. Fear got the best of me many times. Many shadows were shown to me, one being how i need to show up more authentically. To speak my truth and to live life through my heart as best as i can.
Stepping into the role of space holding has changed me in many ways, itโs a beautiful but challenging journey. My role before (and still is from time to time) was a tree surgeon. Very different to what i do now, i still have lots to learn but showing up authentically and heart centred will carve my path to be successful facilitator and guide.
Travel not only teaches you how to survive on your own, it teaches you about humility, gratitude and patience. My biggest take away was how grateful i am to have a loving family, we have been through very tough times but stuck together. After seeing homeless families on the streets in India with nothing but blankets, whilst having smiles on their faces, laughing and playing is something i will never forget. Be grateful for what you have and what you do not have ๐
Thankyou India for everything you have taught me.
What are you grateful for? ๐๐ฝ
