🌟 Meet Mick! 🌟

Mick was looking for consistency in his workouts and someone to stay accountable to. Working long nights with poor nutrition, he was struggling on just 1000 calories a day and couldn't lose weight.

We switched things up with a strength training program and increased his calories to 1900. Mick trained consistently, burning fat and building muscle. Now, he’s happier than ever, feeling light on his feet and full of energy!

He did this for himself because he wanted to make a change. Well done, Mick! 💪👏
