💼 We’re Hiring! Full-Time Administrator (Finance Support) 💼
📍 Location: Killamarsh Office
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Lifetime Homecare are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential support to our Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organised, and contributing to the smooth running of a busy office team.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Assist the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance operations
✨ Prepare and process weekly invoices and financial reports
✨ Support staff onboarding and HR administration
✨ Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
✨ Maintain accurate finance and office records
✨ Coordinate meetings, diaries, and schedules
✨ Manage incoming/outgoing post and office supplies
What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Great communication and teamwork abilities
✔️ Confidence managing a busy and varied workload
