Hand building with clay is one of my most relaxing holiday activities. We have over 17,000 touch receptors in our hands. Thumb pots, moulding and pressing clay into shapes is incredibly soothing and calming. As long as I give myself achievable aims and am not too focused on the results!

Take a morning just for you — to slow down, move gently, and reconnect.

Join me for a calming and restorative session combining yoga, meditation, and reflective writing. No experience is needed in either yoga or writing — just come as you are.

This is a quiet, nurturing space where you're free to explore your thoughts without pressure to share. Many people find that gentle movement and deep relaxation help unlock creativity and clarity, and writing can help with our meditation practice.

I’d love you to come along and enjoy this peaceful and inspiring morning before we pause for summer.

Looking for gentle, supportive practices you can access from home, wherever you are in the world? The Gentle Self-Pacing Membership offers weekly live online sessions, designed especially for deep rest, pacing, and nervous system support.

Your Weekly Live Classes (UK time):
🌿 Monday Meditation (8:30–9am) – A calming start to the week, can be done lying down. Recording also available.
🌿 Tuesday Slow, Gentle Yoga for Pacing & Deep Rest (11:30am) – Join the full class or just the breathing practices and Yoga Nidra.
🌙 Wednesday Yoga Nidra (7pm) – Guided deep relaxation to end your day with constructive rest.

Join me for a nurturing half-day workshop combining gentle yoga, breathing, meditation and reflective/free writing to explore the workings of the mind.
🧘‍♀️ Movement, Breath & Meditation
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Move at your own pace, with options for all bodies.
📝 Writing for Self-Discovery
No writing experience needed. We’ll use short, guided bursts of writing (around 5/7 minutes each) with simple prompts to set you off, spark insight and self-expression.
This writing is just for you—no need to share, and no need to worry about grammar or spelling. You will be actively encouraged to let go of the inner critic!
✨ Combining movement, breath and meditation with writing helps you access a more embodied and grounded place to write from - often leading to surprising insights and results.
☕ Includes a tea break with home-baked cake
