Join me for a nurturing half-day workshop combining gentle yoga, breathing, meditation and reflective/free writing to explore the workings of the mind.
🧘♀️ Movement, Breath & Meditation
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Move at your own pace, with options for all bodies.
📝 Writing for Self-Discovery
No writing experience needed. We’ll use short, guided bursts of writing (around 5/7 minutes each) with simple prompts to set you off, spark insight and self-expression.
This writing is just for you—no need to share, and no need to worry about grammar or spelling. You will be actively encouraged to let go of the inner critic!
✨ Combining movement, breath and meditation with writing helps you access a more embodied and grounded place to write from - often leading to surprising insights and results.
