🤗 She joined the Fit4 team this week. When she’s not being an expert physio you will probably find Tanja in the Peak District.

🏔️ As an endurance and adventure enthusiast, she’s always on the go. Her most notable achievements include completing the Montane Spine Sprint in 2023 and the UTMB Fieberbrunn 51km ultra marathon in 2025.
