🍀❤️🤞SPECIAL FOSTER APPEAL FOR SENIOR BRUNO. NOT ONE APPLICATION SINCE OUR POST YESTERDAY. CAN YOU HELP? Bruno is new into our care today from the stray kennels. He is adorable, very loving and friendly however in poor condition. He is ten years old and a cross breed (possibly Border Terrier mix). Bruno has a very thinning coat and a sore belly. He has some pressures sores on his back legs and yet still has a heart of gold. This senior boy is agile and adores people. We will be assessing him more in the next few days and tomorrow he will be seen by the vets as a priority.

Protection , protection , protection

One of the most frequent subjects that pops up in my consultations with clients is how to energetically protect ourselves
Empathically we pick up so much negativity from people throughout our day even from those we love and care for This heavy energy can leave us feeling depleted , down , tearful and anxious
I have found this method brings wonderful results for many people .
Before getting out of bed in the morning and before drifting off to sleep at night ;
Close your eyes connect with the gorgeous heavenly universal energy and ask for
Protection . As you inhale feel the beam of light nudging your crown chakra as it begins to descend through your body, filling your chakras one by one with the heavenly protection , as the energy moves down through your torso into your legs passing through your toes , feel the gentle tug as you connect with the centre of the earth and ask Mother Earth to ground you . Focus on the beautiful light running through your body , push the energy out all around you like a bubble , visualise a rainbow of colours around the bubble and then seal with a protective mirror. Just like a Christmas bauble with you in the centre. No negative intensions can pe*****te your bubble , if you experience a stressful situation throughout your day just tap yourself to remind you that your are spiritually protected and calm .
