The team at Midhurst Road in Foxhill wanted to give a big shout-out to some incredible people who are helping to make this Easter extra special!

💖 Simone from Morrisons – Thank you for donating Easter eggs to our raffle and for giving us a discount to make sure every resident got an Easter egg. Your kindness truly warmed our hearts!

💖 Simran from Sukies at Foxhill – You helped raise money for our comfort fund by donating Easter eggs to our raffle. We can’t thank you enough for your generosity!

💜 Deerlands 💜 Our residents at Deerlands recently enjoyed a wonderful visit from the lovely ponies from Smile Therapy. There were plenty of smiles as everyone had the chance to spend time with these gentle animals and enjoying their calm company.

Visits like this can have such a positive impact — animals have a special way of lifting spirits, sparking conversations, and bringing back happy memories. It was a truly heartwarming afternoon for everyone involved. 💛

💜 Springwood 💜 Earlier this week our residents at Springwood Residential Home in Shirecliffe enjoyed a creative morning, preparing for Mother’s Day with a flower arranging activity.

Those who took part were able to choose their own flowers and create beautiful arrangements to brighten their rooms or share with loved ones. The results were absolutely lovely.

In the afternoon, two of our ladies fancied a little fresh air, so we enjoyed a gentle walk to the local shops. They made the most of the sunshine, had a good chat along the way, and said the outing had been “lovely.” 💜
